I want to make sure Dr. Anderson and his staff know how much I appreciate everything they have done for me over the years. I was one of Dr. Anderson's first patients as he inherited me from Dr. Davis. I believe my braces came off sometime around 1980, and since then, Dr. Anderson has always been available should I need a new retainer, some adjustments, etc. His kindness and compassion toward his patients are unsurpassed! In that regard, so is his staff. They have always been caring, concerned and accommodating. Again, I can't thank you enough for always being there for me and my teeth! My family came in for our initial consultation today with Dr. Anderson and his staff. Immediately, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the office. The receptionists greeted us immediately upon stepping up to the desk. They were very polite and attentive. The clincial staff were all very nice and professional. Mitch was knowledgeable and explained things to us so that we understood everything that was going on. Dr. Anderson was absolutely amazing with our children and extremely funny. He made us feel comfortable, and our children loved him. Tammy did an excellent job with explaining the fees and going over all the paperwork at the end. I was impressed that it was after-hours when she finished with us and everyone had left, but she didn't rush us out the door. I am so glad we chose this office! Anderson Orthodontics has been a wonderful experience for me and my family. Dr. Anderson is a great doctor, and he makes the patients very comfortable. He even called to check on them after they got their braces on to see if they had any problems or questions. His office staff has always been very helpful when I needed to change an appointment at the last minute. The assistants are always kind and friendly when speaking to me or the children, even when they have to tell me the "bad news" about what my children aren't doing good enough.
